BJAI Holi Milan Samaroh 2022

The Bihar Jharkhand Association of Ireland (BJAI) celebrated its joyful Holi Milan Samaroh in March 2022 with great enthusiasm, colour, and community spirit.

The event was organised in a multicultural style, bringing together BJAI members, families, friends, and guests to celebrate Holi – the festival of colours, happiness, unity, and the arrival of spring.

BJAI was honoured to welcome Lord Mayor Cllr Seamie Moore as the invited guest of honour. The celebration was inaugurated by Lord Mayor Cllr Seamie Moore, whose presence added great significance to the occasion and reflected the spirit of community inclusion and cultural harmony in Ireland.

The event was filled with vibrant colours, music, performances, food, and joyful interaction. A live DJ kept the festive energy high with a lively mix of Bollywood and regional songs, creating a cheerful and celebratory atmosphere for everyone present.

The programme also included Holi-themed performances such as dancing, singing, and beautiful speeches about the importance and spirit of Holi. People from all age groups participated with great excitement and enthusiasm, making the celebration lively, inclusive, and memorable.

Guests also enjoyed a delicious selection of traditional festive food, adding warmth and flavour to the occasion.
