Memorable Visit to Leinster House – 08 October 2026

The Bihar Jharkhand Association of Ireland (BJAI) was delighted to organise a memorable visit to Leinster House for our members and families on 08 October 2026.

The visit provided a wonderful opportunity for the BJAI community to experience Ireland’s parliamentary democracy first-hand, learn about the legislative process, and explore the rich history of one of the country’s most important democratic institutions.

BJAI extends its heartfelt thanks to James Lawless TD for sponsoring this visit and making such a meaningful experience possible for our community. His continued support for community engagement, cultural inclusion, and civic participation is deeply appreciated.

A special thank you goes to Hugh Moloney for being an exceptional host and for sharing valuable insights throughout the tour. BJAI is also grateful to Caoimhe and Cian for their excellent coordination and communication, which ensured the visit ran smoothly from start to finish.

The visit was proudly led by BJAI General Secretary, Abhishek Thakur, and it was wonderful to see enthusiastic participation from BJAI members and families across Ireland.

BJAI sincerely thanks everyone who joined and helped make the day informative, engaging, and memorable. We look forward to bringing more such meaningful opportunities to our community in the future.
